How to book    To make a reservation please telephone us with your accommodation requirements. A credit card number will secure the booking or written confirmation. A non-refundable deposit per room is required at the time of confirmation. Children over 10 years old are welcome.  

Payment All major credit cards are accepted, together with payment by cash or cheque supported by a banker’s card.  Full Payment is on departure. 

Cancellations We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between the guest and Cyfie Farm.  For any reservation cancelled within 2 full weeks of arrival, we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, should we be unable to do so, the bed and breakfast rate for that room will be charged. As with all holiday and travel arrangements, we strongly advise that suitable insurance is obtained. 

Check in and out times Check in time is after 4.00pm and departure time is 10.30, unless an alternative arrangement has been made. Please note that we are often away from the Farm until 4.00 pm as this is often the only time in the day we have to do our shopping.
